Plastixal is participating in the 5th edition of the SHOW YOURSELF project – Polish construction products on the international stage.

The project is carried out under the Operational Program Smart Growth 2014-2020, as part of Priority Axis 2: Support for the environment and the potential of enterprises for R&D&I activities, Measure 2.3: Pro-innovative services for enterprises, Sub-measure 2.3.3: Internationalization of National Key Clusters, application number POIR.02.03.03-20-0001/20.

PROJECT OBJECTIVE: The project focuses on the internationalization of the offering of the Polish Construction Cluster holding the status of a National Key Cluster, and its main goal is to increase the internationalization of 17 (including 16 SMEs) companies operating within the National Key Cluster by December 31, 2023. The goal will be achieved through the implementation of an integrated, customized comprehensive internationalization program implemented by the Coordinator for the members of the National Key Cluster. The achievement of the goal is planned through the implementation of the following activities:

Training services in the area of market entry for foreign markets, including sales training dedicated to sales departments and language training necessary for communication, negotiation, and effective sales for export. Services related to the presentation of the cluster’s offer on key foreign markets (EU and others) through comprehensive support for the participation of enterprises in foreign trade fairs and missions. Promotion of the Cluster among potential contractors through the preparation and distribution of cluster catalogs, trade media promotion, an information-promotional campaign, and the organization of conferences. Strengthening cooperation between companies in the National Key Cluster by animating new joint projects, including R&D, making and strengthening lasting commercial contacts that will translate into measurable financial benefits for Cluster companies. The development of the National Key Cluster through the acquisition of new companies that will strengthen the value chain of the Polish Construction Cluster.

As part of the expected results of the activities carried out, we anticipate:

• Introducing 17 KKK companies to foreign markets/internationalization by the end of 31.12.2023;
• Strengthening the knowledge and potential of KKK companies in internationalization through the implementation of training services, conferences, meetings with experts in the field of internationalization;
• Strengthening the competitiveness of the KKK offer on international markets through their active participation in foreign trade fairs and missions;
• Strengthening cooperation between companies in the KKK by animating new joint projects, including R&D, making and strengthening lasting commercial contacts that will translate into measurable financial benefits for KKK companies;
• The development of the KKK through the acquisition of new companies that will strengthen the value chain.

The active operation of the cluster and the Coordinator contribute to strengthening the position of the Polish Construction Cluster, as evidenced by further joint initiatives of cluster members, including those often based on a broad understanding of innovation.
