Windows with the innovative „V” cleaning are now available in Plastixal’s product range.

Soon, every window leaving the production line will feature this unique „V” groove, which we hope will become our distinctive signature.

A few words about where the idea came from:

Norms concerning PVC profiles stipulate a dimensional tolerance of + – 0.3mm, which, in extreme cases, can result in a 0.6mm deviation. This difference is particularly noticeable in „colored” veneered windows cleaned using traditional methods.

We couldn’t accept this. We decided to solve this problem. You might ask how?

We developed a guided „V”-shaped blade. The blade for milling, with a shape similar to the letter V and the added guidance, eliminated all problems associated with the use of its classic counterpart. Thanks to the guiding surfaces, the blade adapts to the changing surface, leaving behind a regularly sized cleaned area while retaining the desired V shape. The guidance of the „V” blade also eliminated the need for mapping the blade’s path.

Thanks to the use of guidance, the blade’s path adapts individually to the outline of PVC profiles. This eliminates the need to control deviations in the shape and height of profiles, regardless of whether the batch of a given profile has changed or we switch to a completely different profile.

The application of this solution demonstrates that it is possible to achieve a V-shaped cut while preserving aesthetic qualities, using the optimal production process for PVC windows.
